Google Local Services Ads · LSA

Pay-per-lead ads at the very top of Google

Local Services Ads put your business above everything else on the page, with the Google Guaranteed or Google Screened badge next to your name.

At a glance

Why it matters

The first thing homeowners see

For many home service searches, Local Services Ads appear above the regular Google Ads and the map pack. Each listing shows your rating, your hours and a Google badge that tells homeowners you have been checked out.

You pay for leads, not clicks. Calls and messages come straight from the ad, and leads that do not fit your services can be submitted to Google for credit.

Ranking inside LSA depends on things like your reviews, how quickly you respond, your hours and how close you are to the customer. I manage all of it so your listing stays competitive.

03

You own 100% of your marketing

Your website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and content belong to you. Always.

Instead of a contract, I recommend giving it 6 months so SEO has time to compound.

FAQ

Common questions

What is Google Guaranteed?

It is a badge Google gives to eligible home service businesses that pass its screening. If a customer books through the ad and is not satisfied, Google may reimburse them up to a set amount.

Does my business qualify?

Many home service categories qualify, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and more. Google requires background checks and license and insurance verification, depending on your trade and location.

Can I dispute bad leads?

Yes. Google lets you request credit for leads that do not fit, like spam or services you do not offer. I review leads and handle those requests.

Should I still run Google Ads?

Often, yes. LSA and Google Ads show in different spots and reach different searchers. Running both covers more of the page.
